Before submitting your work, please refer to the guidelines below:
- Written submissions to Ubuntu Journal must be made as Word or text attachments, or within the body of your e-mail message. Graphics and photographs must be in .gif or .jpg format.
- Ubuntu Journal does not acknowledge exclusive rights to an artist’s work. This means that you may publish your work elsewhere, or submit your work as a simultaneous submission, if you wish.
- Ubuntu Journal has the right to accept or reject any submitted work. You will be contacted via e-mail regarding the acceptance or rejection of your submission.
- Ubuntu Journal will not edit, re-write, or otherwise change any content submitted. If a work is not adequate for publication, you will be contacted and asked to re-submit another draft.
- Your blog url, website, e-mail address, and other information such as a short biography, may be included with the published work, if you wish. Ubuntu Journal will not publish any of your information without prior written consent, including your name.
